The ICON Team

Daniel Anderson

 

Dan started in the electrical industry 20 years ago as an apprentice electrician. He received his Nebraska Journeyman license four years later. In 2006, Dan moved to Phoenix, AZ where he worked as an electrician. He also attended college for construction management. Dan was promoted to an estimator, to project management and worked his way into an executive role. His approach to problem-solving and his communications skills have helped him gain the trust of many GCs and owners in the valley. His commitment to innovating the construction process has helped ICON maintain a competitive edge in the industry. 

Derek Davis


Derek started in the electrical industry 10 years ago as an apprentice electrician. He graduated from the ABA apprentice program. Derek was quickly promoted to a purchasing manager. Derek started a successful prefab shop which allowed his team to execute more complex projects with tighter deadlines. He was later promoted to a project manager where he was able to gain the reputation of being a reliable partner to the general contractors and customers who trusted him with their work. Derek joined the ICON Team as Vice President. 

Ben Multer  


Benjamin is a dynamic leader within our organization that has vast amount experience in the electrical industry that includes working in the field, estimating and project management.  He is able to leverage the skills he has gained as an electrician, foreman and manager to ensure even the most demanding projects have the desired outcome. Ben takes our commitment to excellence to the next level and his communication and management skills have earned him a reputation among his peers and customers as a top performer in the industry.

  • We will put on in house journeyman code and theory training
  • We will train foremen and leadmen how to be the leaders our industry needs.

Innovation: We will be innovative with our approach to building. Plan / Fab / Install.

  • We will pre-plan at least 80% of our scope of work.
  • We will pre-fab at least 50% of our scope of work.
  • We will take an approach to install which will expedite standard production rates.
