Daniel Anderson

President

Daniel Anderson founded ICON Electric and is its President, a role he has held since 2021. He started in the trade as an apprentice electrician, earned his Nebraska Journeyman license, and after moving to Phoenix in 2006 worked as an electrician while studying construction management. He moved up through estimating and project management into executive leadership, including serving as Executive Vice President at Kearney Electric & Communications, and his problem-solving and clear communication have earned the trust of many general contractors and owners across the Valley. His focus on innovating how projects are planned, scheduled and built keeps ICON competitive and its customers' work on track.

Derek Davis

Vice President

Derek Davis is Vice President of ICON Electric, a role he has held since 2021, and brings more than 15 years of electrical industry experience to every project. He came up through the trade as an apprentice, graduated from the ABA apprentice program, and moved into purchasing before starting a prefab shop that let his team take on more complex projects with tighter deadlines. As a project manager, he earned a reputation as a reliable partner to the general contractors and owners who trusted him with their work. Today he focuses on process improvement and new business development, keeping communication clear and schedules on track for ICON's customers.

Ben Multer

Vice President

Ben Multer is Vice President of ICON Electric, a role he has held since 2022. Having worked as an electrician, foreman and manager, he brings hands-on experience in the field, in estimating and in project management to every job. He uses that range to make sure even the most demanding projects reach the outcome general contractors and owners expect. His communication and management skills have earned him a reputation among peers and customers as a top performer in the industry.
